1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of cgassettagpros.com and any purchases from CG Reliability LLC d/b/a CG Asset Tag Pros ("CGATP," "we"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
2. Custom, made-to-order goods
Tags are custom-manufactured to the artwork, text, and specifications you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted content (spelling, numbers, logos, dimensions, and quantities). Approval of an order — and any proof we provide — authorizes production as shown.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout unless we have agreed in writing to other terms. Applicable taxes are added at checkout or invoiced separately.
4. Production and shipping
Stated lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. We are not liable for carrier delays, damage, or loss in transit; claims must be filed with the carrier.
5. Returns and warranty
Custom-made goods are non-returnable except as described in our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
You represent that you own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, names, and content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to reproduce them solely to fulfill your order. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising from content you supply. All site content, branding, photography, and the configurator are owned by CG Reliability LLC.
7. Acceptable use
You may not order content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that we reasonably consider offensive. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion and refund amounts paid.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN OUR RETURN POLICY, THE PRODUCTS AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You are responsible for verifying that the product is suitable for your application.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY ORDER OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT THE TAGS ARE AFFIXED TO.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CG Reliability LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from content you submit, your use of the products, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Whatcom County, Washington, and you consent to that venue.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; the version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
